Before you get started

Is this separate from inventory management?

It tracks individual reusable tools and who has them. Your Inventory workspace tracks stock quantities and movements. Tool Tracking uses that existing account and custody foundation.

Does every custodian need a paid login?

No. A custodian record identifies who is responsible for a tool. Someone who signs in to record their own work needs a team account and the access included in the plan.

Will my records be saved when I leave?

The signed-in workspace stores records for your business. Retention and access follow the published account terms. Export your tool and custody records to CSV from the workspace.

Can I subscribe now?
